Total Car lift Outage (again) 26/04/12

With some degree of predictability yesterday one car lift failed, and the second remaining car lift failed this morning leaving residents without use of their cars and the resultant fallout.

    New Student Tenants and Noise
    This weekend the apartment complex was like a student hall of residence. It appears that new tenants have moved in and seem to think that the place can be used as a party zone. I've spoken with the security about the issue but would be grateful if other tenants can similarly complain about the noise, door slamming and party music that last night went on till 4 am.
